WIFT intends to launch responsibly, validate the model and work in parallel toward appropriate skill-framework recognition and affiliations.

  1. Pilot

    Private pilot with partner college; capture learning and employer feedback.

  2. Standardise

    Refine curriculum, assessments, trainer standards and practical infrastructure.

  3. Affiliate

    Pursue appropriate NSDC / CSDCI / other recognized pathways without overstating current status.

  4. Scale

    Expand to multiple colleges and programs only after quality systems are proven.

These four stages describe an intended roadmap. They are not a measure of work already completed.
